Losing an achiever
Yesterday a friend resigned from work because they would not give him a permanent position for reasons I don’t understand. Khaleil is a young black widower with two young girls. He lost his wife a few months after there second child was born in Colorado. Khaleil did anything that was ever requested of him and seeked assistance when he needed to accomplish the goal.
Good Luck in all you do my friend.
Survived COVID 2019 in 2020
Shirley and I managed to come in contact with COVID, from where no idea. The main thing is we are alive to see another day. Shirley had to spend a week in the hospital and has returned with the need for oxygen 24/7. She received Remdesivir for 6 days and antibodies to speed up her recovery. I self medicated with Tylenol, Vitamin C, Zinc, water at home in isolation. The Day after Shirley went to the hospital, our septic system backed up and service was not available for 2 days, but issue was resolved. I managed to slowly cleanup and disinfect everything prior to Shirley’s return just in time for our 12th Anniversary. Neither of us is back to normal, I still lack energy like I was pre COVID. Last night was the first night of no nightmares (thank goodness) and a good sleep. Hopefully I’ll have more energy in the upcoming days so I can tend to the yard which has been dug up by septic service an 2 months of neglect due to COVID. Wish I had a young helper to clean it up.
Ready for the VC storm?
I hope we are ready, 50 students, 2 classes and daily intermittent lags for with 17 participants on Microsoft Teams, I can only pray it all goes well tomorrow with a system I have no control of but will facilitate.

Virtual Classes finally going…
for the past 2 months l have been working on getting USF OTIEC courses up and this week 2 will have completed successfully. Luckily for them I have the right equipment to run them as they do not yet. This project has given me the additional knowledge of Canvas, a learning management system and blackboard. Keeping it short so I can be up early again in the morning.
Memorial Day 2020

It bring tears to my eyes to think of all who have given there lives for our freedom here in the United States of America. We are in one of the most turmoil-ed times of our lives as COVID19 pandemic is killing so many people world wide. We have a president Donald Trump since he can not resolve the issue with money that will only cares about his own interest. He has even gone to the point of not telling the truth about so many things that affect all American citizens by forcing publicized data counts to be manipulated for COVID19 cases and death count. If you say one thing against or disagree with his unrealistic vision he will do everything he can to destroy you and your dreams. God help us all as the pandemic rages across the world.
